General Criteria for Enrollment 

• ​Student must be a resident of BISD attendance zone.

• Student must be two or more years behind in grade level or age.                                    

• ​Teen parents may benefit from the program based on the school's criteria 

• If enrolled in a BISD secondary school, the student must be recommended by the home school counselor with a recommendation packet. If student is not enrolled in school, the student must apply wit counselor's office at the Paul A. Brown Cent, if not enrolled in BISD.

• Orientation and diagnostic testing must be done before a student can be enrolled.

• Discipline and attendance records are closely viewed
